  • 1 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 8 ounce Cool Whip
  • 1 box Graham Crackers
  1. Using a hand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
