Oooh, this is very very good! Every bit as delicious as the picture and description suggest. We had a lot to prepare for a barbecue for family and friends yesterday so I cheated just a teeny bit and used a crushed ginger biscuit base instead of making the base as per the recipe but did everything else exactly as they say. This lemon Lush has as lovely refreshing bite and hen it came to having dessert this was the first of the desserts to be finished!

This dessert looks gorgeous with the layers of yumminess stacked one on top of the other! Lemon is such a terrific spring flavor in my book, as well as one of my absolute favorite flavors! The only thing I don't like about the recipe is the instant lemon pudding. I would use lemon curd instead because it is to die for!

This lemon lush looks sumptuous. I love lemon. I think I'm going to look at the 22 lemon dessert recipes too. If there is something I love more than lemon, its cheesecake. I think this is like a lemon cheesecake kind of dessert and I can't wait to try it.

This looks a little more complicated than most desserts I make, but it looks so good! I've never made a lemon dessert other than lemon poppy seed cake, so I think I'll give this a try. Kristin has me wanting to make this. She said the crust is "amazing".
