"Mango Chia Pudding Recipe. Simple to make and bursting with flavour this is vegan, gluten free and only contains natural sugars. Chia pudding is so quick to make and can be prepared ahead of time for when your in a rush. It makes a filling breakfast, refreshing snack or a healthy dessert. Make a big batch and then enjoy throughout the week. For this one I used fresh ripe mangoes, fresh ripe mangoes and shredded coconut for a tropical twist and it tastes just like summer. Perfect to enjoy on a hot summer day. Although feel free to use any fruit you like and you can sub the coconut milk for a milk of your choice."
