Mermaid Tail Cupcakes

"How to make easy mermaid tail cupcakes. These cupcakes are perfect for a birthday or just make them for fun! I used a box cake mix to make them, but you can make the cake from scratch. I did use a homemade buttercream frosting recipe. Then separate the frosting into three bowls and add colors. Place the three colors in a large piping bag or use a tricolor tip to create a mermaid colored swirl. Top with a chocolate mermaid tail and sprinkles."
