"Let me first start off by saying I am not a baker but the kids and I tried this and we fell in love. I love to make things with my kids it’s a great way to spend some family time together. I hate baking because I am not a fan of measurements and I also hate that sometimes you have too many ingredients. This though is simple and tastes great. This is my version of a Mini Snickers Cheesecake"
