Moist Butter Cake Recipe
Butter cake is one of my favourite. Not only it is easy to make, but it taste amazing. I have already shared a butter cake recipe before. I wanted to share a new recipe post for this amazing cake with better pictures. I made mild variation in this cake and still it turned out perfect. A simple and classic Nonya recipe for a very rich, moist and decadent butter cake with a light hint of vanilla flavour.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup / 90 grams All purpose flour / Maida
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup / 100 grams sugar
- Salt a pinch
- 110 grams / 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 tablespoon Buttermilk or Milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside,

Now take flour, baking powder and salt in a sieve and sift it together. Set aside.

Take butter, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and use a beater to whip it till fluffy.

Now add in eggs and mix well.

Now add in half of the flour and fold gently. Add buttermilk or milk and mix well.

Add remaining flour and fold gently.,
