Peaches and Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 ounces vanilla pudding mix
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 20 ounces can peaches
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp peach juice
Instructions
Combine flour, baking powder, pudding, salt, butter, milk, and egg in a bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased pie plate. Drain peaches, saving juice. Mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and peach juice. Spread peaches in pie plate. Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches within 1-inch of the edge. Bake 350 F, 30-35 minutes.

I could not pour the crust, rather I had to spread it. Every thing came out soggy. Would not make it again.
