"An individual-sized Pu-erh tea tiramisu recipe made with layers of airy sponge cake. Instead of the traditional espresso, the cake is soaked with a bold and earthy Pu-erh tea, though different varieties could be substituted as well. The cake is alternated with layers of smooth mascarpone cream and topped with a dusting of cocoa powder. The individual tiramisus are built inside a wide-mouth mason jar lid lined with a strip of clear acetate, which gives beautiful, clean layers."
