Raspberry Wine Mold
Ingredients
- 2 1 lb canned pear halves
- 2 1 lb canned tart pitted cherries
- 3 pkg reg size raspberry jello
- 3/4 cup dark red wine
- 1 pound pkg frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, finely chopped
Instructions
Drain fruit and reserve liquid to make 3 cups total with wine. If not enough liquid, add water to equal the 3 cups. Boil the 3 cups liquid and dissolve gelatin in it. Cool 1/2 hour. Stir in the raspberries and chill until mixture starts to thicken. then stir in drained fruits and nuts. Pour into a large gelatin mold or individual serving dishes. Chill until set. Serves 10 - 12.
