Pecan nuts are quite costly here in South Africa so we used biscuit crumbs for the crust and it worked perfectly. And then we did not have any vanilla pudding so used chocolate for both layers and, oh! my! word! was it delicious or WHAT! Absolutely decadent would probably describe it better, lol! This recipe has been saved to the Absolutely Definitely to be Made Again Soon file. It really is that good.

Oh my goodness, this sounds so delicious. I want to make it, but I need to substitute the nuts for peanuts because my daughter is allergic. I think this recipe is a great idea for a special night with the girls and maybe a few glasses of wine to go along with it.
