Arroz con Leche
"This is a creamy and delicious Mexican version of rice pudding. It is made with staple ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. They include rice, cinnamon, milk, sugar, ad raisins. It can be served warm or chilled and it is great for dessert or even breakfast the next morning. This dish is easy to make and it takes less than an hour. Ground cinnamon or nutmeg is great sprinkled on top. It will serve 4-6."
