Sky High Apple Pie Bars

"An easy apple pie recipe that will please any crowd. It’s in a bar form, so it’s 10 times easier than baking a whole pie from scratch and still has the yummy cinnamon-y taste of classic American apple pie. There's also a buttery crust underneath all the extra apple slices. I added a few deviations such as creating a “sky high” apple pie bar (the more apples the better right?) and finish it with a vanilla icing."
