"I love warm chocolate chip cookies, and I love a gooey, golden campfire s’more and then I combined them together and OH.MY.GOODNESS. The indoor s'mores variation is pure goodness with no fire pit required. This casserole starts with a cookie dough base that incorporates mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers for the most perfect texture. A layer of that is followed by more marshmallows and pieces of Hershey’s chocolate squares that get sandwiched with a final layer of dough. When it’s baked, the melty chocolate marshmallow filling becomes sticky, gooey, and simply everything you want in a dessert. These gooey oven s’mores bars are the perfect dessert to make for the next time you have a summer party or backyard barbecue, but I suggest making two because it will go fast!
