"These Thin Mint Cupcakes are so cute, fun & easy! Every year we buy so many Girl Scout cookies, so I decided to create some extra goodness with them. I took an already addicting cookie and turned it into a cupcake! They turned out so delicious and so pretty. They’re even perfect for letting the kids help. Don’t have the real thin mints?
