Trifle
Ingredients
- 3 pieces of sponge cake
- raspberry jam
- 1 glass sherry or fruit juice
- 1 banana
- 1 peach
- 1 orange
- 3/4 pint of custard
- Mock or whipped cream
- some small macaron biscuits, glaced cherries, angelica to decorate.
Instructions
Spread the cake with jam and cut into small pieces. Give it into the bowl and add sherry or fruit juice. Cover the cake with fruit, slicing banana and peach and dividing the orange into sections. Pour the custard over the cake and fruit and leave in a cool place until completely set. Decorate as desired with mock cream or whipped cream, biscuits, cut angelica and cherries.
