"Two Chocolate Cupcakes- Just two chocolaty cupcakes topped with a creamy frosting. These are great if you are practicing portion control or simply don’t want to make a whole batch of cupcakes. Delicious and simple! Ingredients Needed Flour Salt Baking soda Sugar Vanilla Unsweetened cocoa powder Milk Oil Butter Powdered sugar Oil Any neutral flavored (vegetable/canola/sunflower) will work. If desired, you can replace it with melted butter. Just be sure to let the melted butter cool for about 5 minutes before adding it to the batter. Batter Don’t over mix your batter. This may give you dense cupcakes. Simply mix until no dry spots are left in the batter."
