Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 can artichokes (in water)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- sourdough French bread
Instructions
Cut up artichokes. Cut bread into thin slices; if slices are too big, cut in half. Mix artichokes, mayonnaise, and cheese together; heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Serve with slices of bread.
