Asparagus Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can asparagus
  • 1 cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Mash the garlic clove with a pinch of salt in a mortar. Cut the hard end stems from the asparagus (about 1 inch) and discard. Mash the asparagus with a fork until a puree texture is obtained. Add the cream cheese and the garlic and mix with a fork until well blended. Serve with crackers.
