Barbecue Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon canola oil
- 2 cup cooked black beans
- 4 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoon to 3 Tablespoons of honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/3 teaspoon allspice
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Saute the onions in the oil until brown.
- Combine all ingredient in a food processor and process until smooth and serve.
