Chipotle Dip

Simple appetizer recipes sometimes make the party. Try our quick and easy Chipotle Dip for a zesty crowd-pleaser. You can dip vegetables, chips or breads. They all taste great!

Notes

For a spicier dip, use some of the adobo sauce from the can. Refrigerate leftover chipotles in their sauce in a covered container for up to two months.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup plain 0% Chobani greek yogurt
  • 1 can (7-ounces) chipotle pepper in adobo sauceg
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until thick and creamy. Transfer to bowl.
     
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight before using. Serve with vegetables and tortilla chips.
