Fresh Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup lemon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut, toasted
  • 3 tablespoon milk

Instructions

In a small mixer bowl beat together the cream cheese, lemon yogurt, honey, and vanilla till smooth. Stir in the coconut and milk. Turn into serving bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until cold. Serve with slices of fresh fruit.
