Smoked Fish Dip
Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped fine
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup safflower oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender except the oil. Blend for 2 minutes, and then add the oil in a thin stream. Process until smooth. Recommend with trout or salmon.
