Creme de Menthe
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 4 teaspoons mint extract
- 1 teaspoon green food coloring
- 10 jiggers vodka (2 cup)
Instructions
Use 12 jiggers - large = 2 cups; 1 jigger = 1 1/2 oz. Mix sugar and water. Bring to boil. Boil sugar and water slowly 20 minutes. Let cool. Add rest of ingredients and pour into glass bottles.
