    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup cold milk
    • 50 grams dark chocolate grated
    • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
    • 2 tablespoons cream
    • 4 scoops chocolate ice cream
    • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream extra
    • grated dark chocolate, extra to serve

    Instructions

    Blend the milk, chocolate, syrup cream and ice cream in a blender until smooth Pour into chilled glasses. Top each glass with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
