Christmas Moscow Mule

"Moscow Mules are light and refreshing and not as heavy as some cocktails, and that splash of ginger beer adds a bit of bubbles and a bit of tang. When I think of holiday cocktails, I think of chocolate and peppermint. I love peppermint, like in my Peppermint Twistmas Martini, but chocolate makes me think of calories. And if I am having a cocktail, I am probably going to have two cocktails and I don’t want to feel guilty that I did. That’s why I love this Holiday Moscow Mule, I can have two and I don’t feel full and I don’t feel like I just had two chocolate bars. Don’t get me wrong…I L-O-V-E chocolate, but the holidays are filled with delicious eats that are loaded with calories, so I don’t need to drink them as well.
