"This mojito recipe is great to enjoy on a warm summer day! So refreshing with the fresh mint and lime, mojitos are the perfect summer cocktail!!! They’re great to make and enjoy on the pontoon! Hailing as a working class man’s drink from Cuba, this rum drink has been around since at least the 1500’s!!! Wowza! Those folks sure knew how to mix a good drink way back then!!! As good as mojitos are, they’re all the better when shared with family and good friends! This mojito recipe is for one serving, but can easily be adjusted to make a whole pitcher to share!!!"
