Fruit Smoothie
If you are craving fruit, then this is a great drink to quench your thirst. It is filling and will leaving you feeling refreshed. This smoothie should boost your energy and keep you going.

Variations
Mix bananas, pineapple, cream of coconut, and crushed ice. Layer fresh strawberries blended with honey and crushed ice, whipped cream, and blueberries blended with crushed ice.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup fruit juice
- 1 1/2 cup ripe, diced fruit (bananas, berries, peaches or pineapple)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the first four ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add the ice; blend again.
- Pour in a glass, garnish with a fresh berry.
