    Hawaiian Daisy

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 ounce light rum
    • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
    • 1 tsp lime juice
    • 1 tsp grenadine
    • iced club soda
    • 1 tsp rum
    • 1 papaya chunk

    Instructions

    Shake light rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and grenadine well with ice. Strain into tall 8 oz glass half filled with ice. Add soda. Stir. Float rum on drink. Add papaya chunk.
