Healthy Lime Juice
"Good thing we never run out of lime. It feels great to have our own tree in the backyard. Being surrounded by lots of plants (and even animals) here in the province is just so comforting. And in scorching hot days that we (always) have in the Philippines, what’s even better is a cold glass of our favorite drink— mine would be lime juice! I decided to include in the recipe one of the most nutritious leafy greens we have— sweet potato tops. and also Honey. "

Ingredients
- 6 pieces lime
- 3 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 2 cup sweet potato tops
- 2 cup water for boiling
- ice cubes

Rinse sweet potato tops. Using 2 cups of water, boil it for 10 minutes. Set aside and let cool.

Extract the juice from the lime and set aside.

Pour the cooled water from boiling sweet potato tops into prepared glass. Do not include sweet potato tops

In the glass of sweet potato tops-infused water, stir in the lime extract and honey.

Mix well and put ice cubes.
