Ingredients

  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 inch knob of ginger
  • 1 handful parsley
  1. Run all ingredients through a juicer.

  2. Serve over ice if desired.
