Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur

"I love Bailey’s Irish Cream. It’s one of my favorite things this time of year; especially when you include the seasonal flavor from Haagen Dasz! It’s lovely on its own, or in coffee, with cream, poured over bread pudding… Yum. This recipe will make almost a quart of liqueur; it just about filled a large Mason jar, like very classy moonshine. I also put it in smaller bottles to give as gifts; its fun AND delicious!"
