Homemade Rhubarb Syrup
"Rhubarb simple syrup is so easy to make and is fantastic to splash into champagne, turn into a sour, or even just use to flavor your seltzer. It's also great on ice cream or pancakes! Make it in under a half hour (25 minutes) with just 3 ingredients. This is a great way to preserve the flavor of rhubarb for weeks so you can enjoy it through out the spring and early summer. It's so good! "
