"Three ingredient Japanese green plum wine or umeshu. This is a super easy homemade drink that is great for any party and celebration. This drink has to be made 6 months in advance but it will be even better if kept for a year before opening. Once done, you can have it on the rocks or with soda water. If you are adventurous, you can also try mixing it with other things as well. :)"
