Japanese Plum Wine (Umeshu)

"Three ingredient Japanese green plum wine or umeshu. This is a super easy homemade drink that is great for any party and celebration. This drink has to be made 6 months in advance but it will be even better if kept for a year before opening. Once done, you can have it on the rocks or with soda water.
