Ingredients

  • 1 kilo lemons
  • 1 litre water
  • 1 litre Everclear
  • 1 kilo sugar

Instructions

Take the rind from the lemons with a potato peeler, soak in alcohol for 3 or 4 days, dissolve the sugar in the water and add to the alcohol, strained off the lemon peel.
