Mulled Wine
"Mulled wine is cheap and easy to prepare. Use a cheap red wine, that is fruity. Heat/toast the spices in a pan for a bit, add them to the pot of wine, with a little honey and apple cider. And let it simmer. Is that simple or what? I added some lemon and orange slices to the pot and just a little Gran Gala which I used instead of Gran Marnier. You could omit the Gran Gala and add it to each glass if you’d prefer but since everyone in my home loves any beverage that has a little-grown folks juice in it I add the Gran Gala to the pot. Do not judge us!!"
