Pineapple peach Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice; unsweetened
  • 2 peach halves, canned and diced
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt; plain, unsweetened
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • Sugar subsitute to equal 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

Combine pineapple, juice, and peaches in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until pureed. Add yogurt, milk, and sugar subsititute; continue to process until smooth and thickened. Pour into individuals glasses, and serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
