Passionfruit Liqueur
Ingredients
- 1 litre alcohol
- 2 litres water
- 1 1/2 Kg sugar
- 1/2 litre passionfruit puree
Instructions
Place in a one litre bottle fill with half of passionfruit puree. and 1/2 litre of the alcohol. Infuse for 15 days and after that filter. Add remaining alcohol, and sugar that has been well dissolved with the water. let stand for another 15 days and filter again.
