Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

"A healthy, low calorie breakfast with all the flavor of a pumpkin spice latte in a high protein low sugar smoothie. I used some canned pumpkin puree and my own spices. With the addition of protein powder and Greek yogurt, I had a protein powerhouse. I've left the sweetness up to you. It does need a little, so I used a little stevia. You can use sugar or a sugar substitute depending on your dietary needs"
