Tropical Smoothie
A tropical paradise for breakfast! The fruits in this smoothie will whisk you away and the creamy yogurt will luxuriate you. This yogurt smoothie recipe will make you feel as though you were vacationing on cloud nine.
Notes
- May add powdered cloves before serving for a more exotic flavor.
- Can make smoothie thinner by using one half cup lowfat milk and a half cup yogurt.
- Can use other fruits in various proportions, just adjust quantity of liquid.
- Can also smoothen mix with addition of crushed ice.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 medium ripe papaya peeled and diced
- 1 kiwi fruit peeled and diced
- 1 banana peeled and diced
- 1 cup lowfat plain or vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- Combine fruits in blender.
- Add yogurt and blend until thick.
