  1. Add water to jaggery and leave it aside for 10 minutes in a clay pot. Now heat this mixture for 15-20 minutes till jaggery melts and gets little concentrated. Let it cool. This syrup’s shelf life is 15-20 days in room temperature.

  2. Take 100 gms of thick curd and add 5-6 tsp of this jaggery syrup. It is very cool for the stomach and aids in digestion. During summer we drink plenty of water and other liquids and skip food. This summer cool thick drink provides the body with all the necessary nutrients.
