Vodka Fruit Punch
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 6-oz cans frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- sugar to taste
- 2 quarts chilled gingerale
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
- 3 cups vodka
- 1 pint orange sherbet
Instructions
Mix the above four ingredients in punch bowl (this part can be made ahead and kept in refrigerator). When ready to serve add gingerale, cherries and vodka. Float one pint orange sherbet on top. Serves 12.
