Cup of Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup veg flakes (tomatoes, celery, onion, zucchini, onion, peas, broccoli
- and carrots, made by putting dried veg. in a blender until pea-sized)
- 1 tablespoon cracked wheat (bulger)
- 1 tablespoon pasta, broken up
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sweet basil
- pinch garlic powder
- pinch onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cup stock
Instructions
Place dried ingredients in a thermos. Pour boiling stock over dry ingredients.
