Easy Eggs Bernaise

This eggs Bernaise recipe (or do you say Bearnaise?) is so simple, it practically makes itself! Just take a look and you'll see what an easy breakfast recipe this really is.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury Grands biscuits (1 lb. 13 oz. size), baked and split
  • 16 slices Canadian bacon or 1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 12 ounce shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 16 eggs
  • 1 cup prepared Bernaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200F degrees.
     
  2. Place halved biscuits on a large platter.
     
  3. Layer with Canadian bacon or sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
     
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
     
  5. Place in a 200F-degree oven to keep warm.
     
  6. Scramble eggs in butter until set.
     
  7. Cover biscuits with eggs and Bernaise sauce.
     
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and sprinkle with paprika.
