- 24 oz salmon fillet (sliced into 4 portions)
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, white vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and ground pepper in a medium bowl.
