- 16 fresh oysters
- 5 ounce ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 ounce bacon
- 1 ounce chopped spinach
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
