Baked Salmon with Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 pound fresh salmon slices, 1/2 inch thick
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sherry
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Serves 6. Place Salmon Slices in baking dish, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over fish. Bake until tender in hot oven 400 deg,(200 c, gas 6) about 1/2 hour. Do not over cook. Serve immediately.
