Catfish Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb. catfish filets
Instructions
Place butter in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Dip filets in butter, then coat with crumb mixture. Place in a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
