Easiest Ever Baked Salmon

Do you love salmon recipes but don't think you're a good enough cook? Well this recipe for the Easiest Ever Baked Salmon is bursting with flavor! It'll have your family and friends thinking you're a master chef for sure. Accompanied by steamed rice and a green salad, it will make a healthy meal that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6-ounces each)
  • 1 can (14 1/2-ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcheshire sauce
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
     
  2. Place salmon in 13x9 inch baking pan.
     
  3. Combine tomatoes, salad dressing, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Pour over salmon. Sprinkle with cheese.
     
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
