Long John Silvers Batter Dipped Cod Recipe
"Anybody who grew up eating fast food in the 90’s is probably somewhat familiar with the Long John Silver’s chain. Known for their Cape Cod style buildings and coastal decor, they serve up fast fare specializing in seafood. Aside from their tartar sauce and and other menu items, they definitely made a name for themselves through their fried cod fish. The fish is crispy, but based on it’s appearance one may assume that it’s beer battered. A combination of mustard, flour and other ingredients come together to make the batter that really makes this fish stand out."
