Quick and Easy Fish with Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 150 milliliter yogurt (1 little pot)
  • 200 gr fish (1 little white pomfret)
  • 10 gram butter (1 little package)
  • a handful of coriander or parsley, chopped (to garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Heat a fry-pan over medium heat, add the butter.

2. Add the onion, coriander and salt and fry for 3 minutes.

3. Spread half of the yogurt over the bottom of a baking dish. Lay the fish on top and spread the other half of the yogurt over the fish.

4. Place the onion mixture on top Bake for 8-10 minutes. (at most 20 minutes, like in the picture). Serve with chopped coriander or parsley sprinkled on top.
